Terms and conditions
Terms for buying refurbished electronics from Nordic Devices ApS, including payment, delivery, the trial period and your rights.
1. Who are you buying from?
Nordic Devices ApS is your contracting party and seller. We handle payment, customer service, withdrawal and defect claims. A partner may prepare and ship the device on our behalf; this does not change our responsibility to you.

2. Who do these terms apply to?
These terms describe consumer purchases, meaning purchases mainly outside your trade or profession. Goods are refurbished; the specific configuration, cosmetic condition, battery information and included accessories are described on the product page and your order. Images illustrate the model; cosmetic wear is assessed against the selected condition.
Business purchases are not automatically covered by consumer rules or the voluntary 30-day trial. Business terms must be agreed separately before a binding purchase. Ticking a box at checkout does not by itself determine whether a purchase legally qualifies as a consumer purchase.
3. Ordering
You can review and correct products, configuration, condition, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order. Always check the order summary. Contact us promptly if details need correcting.
Checkout uses Stripe to authorize your card. Your order page shows the current payment and delivery status. Payments in Stripe test mode do not move real money; legacy sample invoices are not demands for payment.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in DKK. The selected configuration and condition determine the price; a starting price is the lowest available option. For a real consumer purchase, the total must include applicable taxes and any delivery charges and be shown before ordering.
At checkout, Stripe reserves the full order amount on your card. The full amount is charged when the first device in the order ships, including when other devices ship separately. If the authorization expires before shipment, a new order and card authorization are required. Card details are entered in a secure Stripe form embedded on our payment page. Printable order summaries are not VAT invoices.
Delivery and risk
For a real purchase, supported delivery countries, expected delivery time and shipping charges are provided before ordering. A country appearing in the test checkout is not a promise of delivery there. We do not promise next-day delivery without a specific agreement. Unless another period is agreed, consumer orders are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of concluding the contract.
Items may dispatch from different warehouses and arrive separately. We do not add delivery charges simply because we split an order. We bear the risk until you or someone you nominate receives the goods when using a carrier we offer.
What does the 30-day free trial mean?
For consumer purchases, you may try the device through normal, careful use at home and notify us of a return within 30 days starting the day after receipt. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. You then have 14 days to dispatch the return.
Free means that we provide a prepaid return label from the delivery country agreed at purchase and charge no return, trial or administration fee. Use our label; contact us first if you need to arrange transport yourself. We do not automatically reimburse a more expensive return service you choose yourself. There is no rental or subscription, and the trial does not postpone an agreed payment deadline.
We do not deduct value merely because of normal, careful testing during the period. Return the device with the parts and accessories supplied. New damage or missing parts may result in a specific, documented deduction reflecting diminished value. The policy is not insurance against loss, liquid or drop damage. Any deductions are explained, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, including used goods. The period begins the day after you, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receive the item. For one order containing multiple goods delivered separately, it begins on receipt of the last item.
Send an unambiguous notice to [email protected] or our postal address before the deadline. You may use the form on our returns page, but it is optional. Simply failing to collect a parcel is not sufficient. Return the goods within 14 days of giving notice. Timely notice does not require a reason, prior approval or a return number.
Under the usual statutory rule, you may be responsible for diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Our 30-day policy provides the additional benefits described above. It does not restrict your mandatory rights.
Refunds
When you withdraw from the whole purchase, we refund the amount paid, including the cost of our least expensive offered standard delivery. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you selected are not refunded. For partial returns, refunding the original delivery charge depends on whether it would also have applied to the goods you keep.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Any deduction must be explained and reflect actual diminished value. An unpaid sample invoice does not give rise to a cash refund.
Faults: two years of statutory rights
Consumers have two years of statutory rights from delivery under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including for refurbished items. These cover defects present at delivery or whose cause existed then. The stated condition, age and description are relevant, but a general statement that an item is used does not remove your rights. The battery is also covered by statutory defect rights.
Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. A complaint within two months of discovery is always timely. Depending on the legal conditions, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation. Valid remedies are provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. We cover necessary transport costs for a justified defect claim.
Our 24-month warranty
Nordic Devices ApS, Østre Alle 102, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark, is the warranty provider. The warranty lasts 24 months from receipt for consumer purchases and applies in the countries we agreed to deliver to. It covers hardware faults arising during normal use within that period, even if you cannot show that their cause existed at delivery.
We provide free inspection and repair or an equivalent replacement device and cover necessary transport. If a covered fault cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, we offer a refund for the device. Ordinary wear, expected gradual battery wear and damage caused by accidents or misuse are excluded; we must be able to justify an exclusion. An abnormally short battery lifespan may still constitute a statutory defect.
Contact [email protected] to claim. This warranty is additional to statutory defect rights and does not restrict your remedies under applicable sale-of-goods law. You may always choose to exercise those statutory rights.
Complaints and disputes
Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot agree, consumers may complain to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, and subsequently the Consumer Complaints Board where its eligibility conditions are met. Check Nævnenes Hus for current thresholds, fees and procedure. For cross-border purchases, your local European Consumer Centre can assist.

Governing law and changes
Danish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable to the purchase. Your statutory rights concerning where to bring proceedings are not restricted. Changes to these terms do not alter purchases already concluded.
